At Steens Honey, we take pride in the quality of our Manuka honey, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and undamaged products. Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Ensure the honey jars are securely packed in their original shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
